# Media Library

Media Library is a centralised repository that holds all uploaded media files in a single archive. Users can manage their media files efficiently by downloading or deleting them directly within the library. This streamlines media management, ensuring quick access and organisation of all uploaded content in one place.

### View and Manage Media

Any uploaded media in any reports or text fields will be shown here. You can view the details on the media by clicking it on the grid. You will be presented the full details on the media, including the available actions such as **Download**, **Copy URL**, and **Delete**.

Take note that deleting the media without removing the associated elements might result in your report rendered incorrectly. Please remove all elements that associated with the desired media in your reports/text fields before deleting.

### Uploading Media

To begin, click on the <i class="fa-upload">:upload:</i> **Upload** button or drag your files to the page. Note that we limit the files up to 10MB (megabytes) in size.
